一、 申请条件
1，学生须为非中国籍公民，身体健康。
2，申请攻读硕士或博士研究生。原则上，攻读硕士学位者，年龄不超过35周岁；攻读博士学位者，年龄不超过40周岁。
3，非在华学习的学生（留华毕业生毕业时间须超过一年）。
二、 申请步骤
1， 网上填写中国政府奖学金申请http://laihua.csc.edu.cn。（我校机构代码10270）
2， 请将以下材料邮寄至我办：
1） 在上述网站上打印中国政府奖学金申请表（2份），粘贴照片，签名。
2） 我校研究生入学申请书。（请点击下载）
3） 经公证的最高学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书的复印件和英文翻译件。
4） 两封教授推荐信。
5） 来华学习计划。
6） 汉语水平证书（如有）。
7） 个人美术或音乐作品（如申请艺术类专业）。
3， 根据不同专业的情况及专业负责人的要求，可能会有入学考试（笔试、面试或网考），时间及地点另行通知，敬请留意。

I Qualification
A No-Chinese nationality, in good health.
B Only for applicants for master or PH.D.degree.
Applicants for master should not be over 35 years old.
Applicants for PH.D.should not be over 45 years old.
C Not be a registered student in Chinese universities at the time of application; or be a graduate from Chinese universities for less than one year.
II Application Procedure

B Please send the following documents to us:
1 Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（download from the CSC website after online application, print in duplicate）, signed and photo attached.
2 Application Form for postgraduate degree of Shanghai Normal University (click to download)
3 Notarized highest diploma (photocopy): Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4 Two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors.
5 A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English
6 HSK certificate (if you have)
7 Art works of painting or music (only applicants for art majors )
C Please notice that according to requirements of different majors, you may need to take a test (written, oral or online). You will get renewed of time and place. Please check your email frequently.
