为了进一步增进亚洲大学生对上海的了解，促进上海师范大学与亚洲高校间的交流与合作，推进亚洲大学生对中国文化的体验，我校承办2019年上海市外国留学生政府奖学金暑期学校亚洲项目。

To enhance the mutual understanding between Shanghai and more Asian cities, to promote the further cooperation between Shanghai Normal University (SHNU) and Asian universities, Shanghai Summer School (Asia Program), a Shanghaigovernment scholarship program hosted by SHNU, will beheldthis summer.

本年度亚洲项目除开设中国语言文化课、中国传统艺术等课程之外，另开设系列讲座，并安排参观相关主题的博物馆，以及东方明珠、豫园、浦江夜游等上海名胜古迹，以及其他社区活动。

Theprogramoffers courses such as ChineseLanguageandCulture,lectures onChinesetraditional arts.In addition, under the theme of“A Journey of Art”, lectures on various art forms combining with field trips and site visiting are also included in the curriculum.Shanghai city tour including Oriental Pearl TV tower,Old Town, Night Cruise on Huangpu River will beorganized as wellassome extracurricular activities in local community.

建议航班信息：7月28日9:00至16:00抵达上海浦东国际机场，8月24日10:00至17:00离开上海浦东国际机场

Flight suggested: Arrive at ShanghaiPudong International Airport from 9:00 to 16:00 on July 28; Take off fromShanghai Pudong International Airport from 10:00 to 17:00 onAugust 24.

奖学金：免学费、餐费、住宿费、计划内的景点门票和市内交通费（不包含国际机票）。

自费：需要支付5000元项目费（包含学费、住宿费、计划内景点门票和市内交通费），不包含国际机票及餐费。

Scholarship:

Full Scholarship covers tuition, room and boardon campus,scheduled visits (tickets and local transportation).International Airfare isexcludedand shall be borne by students themselves.

Self-supported students should pay RMB 5000 per person, covering tuition,accommodation, scheduled visits (tickets and local transportation). Meals and International Airfare areexcluded.

住宿标准：双人间，包括电话、电视、网络接口、书桌、衣柜、空调、冰箱和独立卫浴

Dorm:doubleroom with internet access, telephone, TV, air-conditioning, refrigeratorand bath room.

申请者应是亚洲各高校注册学生，对短期上海游学感兴趣，接受汉语零起点教学，具有良好的英语基础。

Qualifications:Applicants should beregisterednative studentsin Asian universities, whoare interested in a short studytourin Shanghai.Applicants are not required of Chinese proficiency but should be good in English.

申请过程：学生需在网上提交申请，网址：apply.shnu.edu.cn（在线申请时，需提交个人照片、护照及学校推荐信的扫描件，请学生在正式开始申请前准备好）。网上申请截止日期为5月31日。收到录取信息后，请立即购买国际机票，并将电子版机票证明于6月30日以前发送至联系人邮箱。无机票证明者视为自动放弃名额。

Application:Applicantsshouldsubmit application online atapply.shnu.edu.cn (Applicants are required to upload personal photo, copy of passport and the recommendation letter from thehomeuniversity when they apply.) The application deadline isMay 31.Applicants should purchase the international flight tickets as soon as they getthe admission results.Copy of the flight ticket (or flight booking sheet) should be sent to the contact person by email beforeJune30.Those who fail to provide the flight certificates before the deadline are considered as quit.

签证：国际交流处出具来华签证申请表和录取通知书，学生可以去中国使领馆申请来华X签证。

Visa: SHNU will process the visa affairs by sending the Visa Application Form and Admission Notice to the applicants, who may apply forXvisa in the Embassy or Consul General of China.

其他说明：

1. 接送机服务：学校为2019年7月28日9：00-16：00抵达上海浦东国际机场的参加者提供接机服务；并为搭乘2019年8月24日10：00-17：00的航班从浦东国际机场离沪回国的参加者提供送机服务。如在上述时间外到达或离沪的参加者需自行负担学校与机场间的交通费。

2. 住宿费：提前到校或推迟回国所产生的住宿费由学生自行负担。

REMARKS：

1. Pick-up and Send-off Service: SHNU offers pick-up service to the participants from Pudong International Airport to campus on July 28^th,9:00 am to 16:00 pm and send-off service from SHNU to Pudong International Airport on August 24^th, 10:00 am to 17:00 pm. Participants should bear thetransportationfee between airport and SHNU if their arrival or departure is beyond the above period.

2. Accommodation fee: Students arriving at SHNU before July 28^thor leaving afterAugust 24^thshould bear the additional accommodation fee.
